What is the difference between Bundle 1 and Bundle 2?
Bundle 1 is geared towards basic Chinese literacy, so if you wanted to have access to solely Chinese educational resources then I would recommend you get Bundle 1.
Bundle 2 targets a wider scope of learning, as the apps teaches more than Chinese literacy. There are bilingual books in English and Chinese in the iHuman Story App, which will be perfect for homeschooling parents who are teaching their children in those 2 languages. iHuman Magic Thinking covers many general Math concept in Chinese, so if you want your children to learn these concepts in Chinese, then do seriously consider getting this bundle.
ALSO!! You can definitely purchase both bundles. Again, the actual amount you pay will be less than the listed price, as any existing subscription will be taken into account and discounted.
What if I have already bought the lifetime package on iHuman before?
With this iHuman App Bundle, once you log in to the same account you have used for the iHuman app, it automatically deducts the existing subscription off the bundle price. So you won’t end up paying for what you already have.
Why can’t I see the package on my computer?
Due to a technical glitch, you can only view this special bundle on your phone or tablet. Sorry! The guys at iHuman at working to fix it, but in the meantime, please just click on the link from your phone or tablet.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like it?
No, sorry there is no refund. I strongly suggest you download the apps and use the free trial before you purchase them.
What do you mean by lifetime package?
This means that once you have paid for the app, you have access to it forever. Unlike some apps that requires monthly or yearly subscription, you pay it once, and you’re done.
Where can I get customer support?
Within each iHuman app is a customer support tab “客户服务” that will provide you with the link to commonly asked questions for that particular app.
Thank you! Your promotional link allowed me to buy it for Android with United States Credit-Card without having to open a WeChat Pay or Alipay account!
That’s great! I never realised that was an issue with Android in the States, and I am glad this was a perfect way around it!
